Hmm. Not sure I picked that up exactly. I'm honestly vaguely frightened by malt vinegar, but LOVED this with the white balsamic.<br /><br />And I know the cellophane noodles cooked in the broth/sauce/glaze were kind of your second choice, but they might have been my favorite part of the dish.
